Getting in touch

Moving here is arranged directly by WhatsApp, often for the same week. Put the useful facts in the first message: both addresses with the floor and whether there is a lift, a rough idea of how much there is, and the date. Ask whether the price is by the job or by the hour, whether packing and boxes are included, and whether they can issue a factura if you need one. If what you actually need is international freight rather than a local flete, say so — they are different businesses.

The longer version — how this works in Buenos Aires, what to ask and what the Spanish words mean — is on the movers & shipping page.
